Florence Jambwa – Chairman and Non Executive Director
Florence is a lawyer with vast experience acquired over three decades in a corporate environment mainly, local authority, mining and government tax revenues. She has occupied executive positions in the organizations she has worked in providing leadership to those she worked with. Further, Florence is a seasoned company secretary and legal advisor with special focus on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and managing legal risk.
Florence also has technical expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mainly focusing on commercial arbitration and mediation. In addition, having worked in the public sector, Florence has vast experience in policy development, and legislative drafting and interpretation.
Advising on and negotiating complex local and international legal transactions including bi-lateral and multilateral regional and international agreements. Currently, Florence works as a commercial arbitrator and is in private practice.
Florence holds a
Bachelor of Laws Honours (LLB) degree from the University of Zimbabwe,
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) Arusha Tanzania and
Master of Laws International Business Law (LLM) from the University of Cumbria United Kingdom. She sits on a number of boards.
Seti Shumba – Vice Chairman and Non Executive Director
Seti Shumba partnered Old Mutual Zimbabwe to form Old Mutual Securities (OMSEC), a stockbroking company trading on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange in 2010. He served as the Principal Broker and Managing Director until his retirement in 2016. Before going to OMSEC, he was a founding joint venture partner in Bard Stockbrokers which later became ABC Stockbrokers. He served as the Director of Research from 1997 to 2003 and later as Managing Director from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that he worked for TA Holdings and held senior positions at Zimnat Insurance, Business Equipment Corporation and Highfield Bag. He was part-time lecturer in advanced corporate finance on the MBA Program of the University of Zimbabwe Graduate School of Management from 1991 to 1998. His qualifications include B.Sc. Economics Honors (UZ), CIMA and MBA (UZ). He enjoys traveling and reading about finance and investing.
Lindiwe Tirivanhu – Non Executive Director
Lindiwe Tirivanhu is a Public Sector Professional Accountant PSPA(Z) registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe and is currently the Director, Debt Recording and Settlement in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion. As director she provides leadership and day-to-day management of the Public debt recording, monitoring, financial execution and reporting. Before becoming Director in 2016, Lindiwe Tirivanhu was the Chief Accountant, a position she held for 8 years. Lindiwe has over 38 years experience in the Government Sector finance and debt management. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce Accounting from Midlands State University..
Charity Tembo – Non Executive Director
Charity Tembo has vast experience in facilitating and promoting foreign private capital flows , obtained from over 20 years with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe were she is currently a Deputy Director in Exchange Control. She brings in a wealth of knowledge of investment policy and administration and holds a BSC Hons degree in Economics from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters in Business Administration.
Eriam Musendekwa– Non Executive Director
Eriam Musendekwa is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer & Notary
Public. He has over 20 years in private practice of law in the disciplines of commercial & corporate law, banking & company law, mergers, takeovers & reconstructions, financial Investments law and general litigation. He has been a partner with Sawyer &
Mkushi legal practitioners from 2004 to 2008. Eriam is a senior partner and managing
partner of Musendekwa & Mtisi legal practitioners since January 2009 to date. He is a
Trustee in various Charitable Trusts. Eriam is a holder of an LLBS (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

Lloyd Mlotshwa– Non Executive Director
Lloyd has a 20 year background in finance ranging from banking (specifically treasury), to equity sales (research and trading), investments and corporate finance. He is a licensed stockbroker and has a history of active involvement in deal origination, structuring and execution. Lloyd also has experience leading teams in a senior management role in a strategic decision making capacity. He holds a Masters in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Management from UNISA.
Justin Bgoni – Executive Director (Chief Executive Officer)
Justin is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of International experience in the financial and public sector. Justin holds, amongst other qualifications, a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and a Master in Applied Finance from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
Some notable previous appointments include being a Management Consultant at McKinsey Incorporated and Chief Financial Officer at New Zealand Stock Exchange.
